I guided the client through a structured process that included clarifying core values establishing financial discipline, and developing sustainable health and home routines. We also focused on replacing stress-driven habits, integrating intentional rest, and using reflective journaling prompts to align daily actions with long-term goals.

The client created routines that made life feel steady, got healthier, and turned uncertainty into a clear plan that they can keep improving even after coaching ended.
