​TRANŚCEND LIVE — guided MindSTILLness meditation.

​An experiential container designed to teach you how easy it is to switch OFF your mind on its own (think: sleep-like calm in minutes, without forcing focus).

No effort, no watching your breath, not mindfulness.

​Not a generic sound bath—this is an intentional sequence designed to cue a self-transcending response and renew the mind & body.

​Then slowly return to the present moment.

​Explore 113 Spring’s seasonal curation of services and events, inspired by nature, curated with care, and reviewed by experts.

​Once the mind drops into stillness, the senses come online—softly. You’ll move through a exploration sequence of presence:

  • Mindfully sip on whole flower, Shangri-La Rose Tea, by The Qi, served as a closing ritual to anchor the shift which nurtures the heart, calms the spirit, and promotes inner and outer glow.

  • ​Discover Mind-Scent, a sensory journey that allows you to explore scent as a mirror to your inner self.

  • Learn how their immersive neurosensory meditation - Emergence  is designed to shift your consciousness, expand your sense of presence, and spark creative insight.

  • Receive a complementary beverage from 113 Spring’s Café Bloom on your next visit. Their theme-inspired dishes feature ingredients selected to support clarity and mindfulness, inviting you to pause and savor the present moment.
