About the Client:

After experiencing a breakup, the client felt like he was barely keeping up and not performing at his best and wanted to change it. He wanted to cut back on going out as a distraction, cultivate his platonic relationships and social connections, improve his work performance, get better sleep, and continue to make room for creativity.

Our Process / What We Did:

We created simple structures, accountability tools, and approaches to cultivate his relationships, build consistency at work and with sleep, and also made sure to still keep his creative outlets.

Results:

The client has clear priorities based on values, rebuilt healthy routines, actively cultivated relationships, and now feels better, more in control, and able to manage himself while moving toward big goals.
