Class Description:
Experience an increased sense of peace, reduction of pain, and leave feeling recharged and reconnected to your being. We will start with a guided meditation to settle in and then move into a group Reiki healing session where the practitioner will gently lay their hands on participants’ shoulders or ankles.

During this class, participants will have the option to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

  • Strengthens immune system function

  • Restores overall energy and vitality

  • Promotes restful sleeping patterns
